How can I Access My Tickets and/or RV Reservation?

On the Web:

Go to tickets.westernedgeapp.com

Click Login using the same email you purchased with.

Your tickets will appear under “My Tickets.”

On the App:

Download the Western Edge App (App Store or Google Play).

Login with your same email.

Tap Tickets to view, share, or scan at the gate.

Not Everyone from my party is arriving at the same time. Can we Share our Tickets?

If you Want to send tickets to friends or family prior to arriving you can by doing the following:

1) Tap “Share Ticket” from your Western Edge Account on the web or app

2) Enter their email — they’ll get instant access!

🔒 Only one person can use a ticket per scan, so don’t share the same one twice.

How do I Print my Ticket(s)?

You can Print you Ticket(s)!

1) Log in at tickets.westernedgeapp.com or on our app.

2) Click My Purchases, select your event ticket(s), and then click Download.

3) Open the downloaded file and print your ticket(s).

How do I log in to my Western Edge Account?

From the Website:

Visit tickets.westernedgeapp.com.

Click Log In.

Enter the same email and password used at checkout.

From the App:

Download Western Edge Tickets from the App Store or Google Play.

Tap Log In.

Enter your email and password (same as the website).

Tips for Easy Login:

Use the same email used for your ticket purchase.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset.

If tickets don’t appear immediately after logging in, tap Refresh in the app.

Do I need to activate my tickets?

Yes — but only on the day of the event. (Unless you need to Share or Print your Tickets)

Here’s how:

-Open your Western Edge Tickets App the day of the event or login to ticket.westernedgeapp.com

-Go to Muy Purchases

-Tap Activate Ticket(s) for your event.

**When you arrive, your tickets will automatically validate at the entrance using ZIG Superwallet technology.

Are My Single Day Tickets Good for Any One Day of the Event? (Equine Affaire Only)

Yes! Your single-day ticket can be used on any single day of Equine Affaire — Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
You don’t need to choose a date ahead of time — just show up, scan in, and enjoy the show!

Can I get a Refund?

Refunds are reviewed case by case pending the event Refund Policy in place by venue and/or event organizers. Please reply with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds process within 5–7 business days..

My transaction failed and now see an error on the screen. What should I do?

If your payment failed, pending charges usually clear within 24–48 hours. Please double-check your billing address, try another card, or call your bank to authorize. If the issue continues, email/text/call with your order number for help.

Western Edge App is not working. What should I do?

You can always access tickets by logging in on our website. If the app isn’t working, try uninstalling/reinstalling. If your wallet balance or tickets still don’t appear, reply with your order number so we can verify.

- Share any extra tickets with friends or family in advance

- Check event parking & maps on the Western Edge App

At the Gate:

- Have your Western Edge App or Website open and ticket visible

- Turn screen brightness all the way up for quick scanning

- Choose your lane:

FAST LANE: For mobile app users

PAPER TICKET LANE: For printed tickets onlyApp users get through the gate faster — no paper, no problem!
